Pixiebird is the collection of creations of Phoenix Zoellick. We are a small and independent line, and we value the handmade, human connection in art and fashion. We currently roost in the fog of San Francisco.STOCK
Due to the shifting nature of our in-stock shirt quantities and our very nature as a small indie bizzzzness, occasionally some shirts may be temporarily out of stock. Unless it's a limited edition and then it's ... limited (begging for reprints is allowed). You may certainly order away like the carefree little bunny-nugget that you are, but be aware that an out-of-stock item will take longer to arrive on your doorstep. Shipping and handling is $6 for 1-2 shirts, $8 for 3-4, $11 for 5-6, and so on. Orders usually arrive in 6 to 10 business days, if you'd like your item to arrive faster (or slower - we could rustle up some covered wagons), just ask and we'll let you know what that will cost ya'.SHIPPING, INT'L
- Canada: $6 USD for 1-2 shirts, $8 for 3-4, $11 for 5-6, and so on
- Mexico: $7.50 USD for 1-2 shirts, $9.50 for 3-4, $11.50 for 5-6, and so on
- European countries: $9.50 USD for 1-2 shirts, $11.50 for 3-4, $13.50 for 5-6, and so on
- All other countries (Australia, Asian, African and South American countries, etc.): $9 USD for 1-2 shirts, $11 for 3-4, $13 for 5-6, and so on. Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.
RETURNS/ETC
If your shirt is defective or does not fit properly, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Return shipping is not refundable. Uninsured stuff lost in the mail is also not our responsibility, but if you're really concerned, you can add domestic insurance for $2. International insurance gets a bit more complicated, so please email us for further info if needed.All returns must be in the original condition in which you received them. We do NOT accept back washed items. Do not try to trick us, we have gophers, we will set them on you.

We use American Apparel #2102 for the ladies and Gildan 50/50 #8000 or Fruit of the Loom 50/50 #5930 for the gents. All shirts are professionally screenprinted.American Apparel's size chart runs as follows:

WASHING COMMANDMENTS
- wash with warm to cold water; tumble dry low OR line dry
- wash shirt inside out
- no bleach!
- DO NOT iron over the [screen printed] design!
- some fabric colors may run during initial washing (especially cannot abide your white clothes turning pink, PLEASE be careful and wash accordingly)
- FOR SCARVES: Scrap-Couture scarves are sturdily made but delicate by nature. We recommend taking due care with them, so please handwash yours gently and hang to dry... and whisper sweet nothings to it when you get a chance.
